Visiting Angels lends a hand to help Fiorina care for our community. September 22, 2019
Not exactly the cooking I was thinking of when I started this but for the time being I thought this had value. Nikki at Fiorina in Glendora is collecting food through the month of September to help support Shepard’s Pantry and the families that are struggling. If you have never been in a spot where you have to ask for help you can’t comprehend how difficult it is. Two times in my life I have had to ask friends and family to stay with them in order to get myself out of a bad environment and better my life. As I was thinking about this page I thought about the moms and dads that are struggling to get by and are working extra hours, multiple jobs, or don’t have enough food on the table. They are missing out on the ability to spend time with their families and show that they care for them through meals and family dinners. Visiting Angels wanted to support our caring neighbor and help her give families the opportunity have meals together. I hope our little bit can help.
